Callen had a check up on the 19th, here are the stats on my little man:
Weight: 16 lbs, 10 oz
Height: 25 1/4 inches
Height: 25 1/4 inches
I didn't write down his percentiles but he is around 75th for his weight and I think around 60th for his height. I just have big kids I guess. I was looking at Olivia's stats and Callen at 4 months is the size Olivia was at 6 months. So I am a little nervous to see how big he is when he is 2 since she is about the size of a four year old and she is only 2.
This picture is a little blurry but I love it. Olivia doesn't like to touch or hold Callen very often so one night when she asked if she could hold him, we had to get a picture. They might not look a ton alike but they both have my eyes which makes them some what look like siblings.
Crazy hair Lou Lou. She has been off and on doing good with potty training. We are going on 6 months of potty training now and results are not as they should be. I shouldn't have tried training her before Callen was born because after he was born she would say she wanted to pee in her pants like Callen. Rookie mistake I guess. Since she is so independent and difiant, I have made her in complete charge on her training. So she takes herself potty (I do remind her sometimes) and if she has an accident she has to clean it up. This is actually helping but we still have accidents. She will get there.
She also has been doing a new thing. The last two nights we get up to put Callen's binkie back in and we find Olivia sleeping on the couch. We don't know why she is getting up and going on the couch but after we put her back in her bed, she ends up on the couch again. At least she isn't crawling into my bed anymore!!
Callen is dong good and growing so much. It just doesn't seem like he is my little baby. I guess with Lou I was excited for her to learn all her new things but with him, I just want to keep him my little baby. But it is fun. He giggles all the time, especially when we tickle his sides or feet. It is adorable. He tried rice cereal the other day and is starting to really like it. He also has some new tricks!!! Last week Casey put him on the floor on his belly and out of nowhere, he rolled over onto his back. He has only done that once but that's okay. Yesterday, he figured out how to grab his toys and in doing so, rolled himself from his back to belly. He likes doing that and did it about 10 times yesterday. But then he is on his belly and gets mad. He will get it all figured out soon enough.
