Family Pictures

We finally got some family picutures and I think they turned out pretty good. By the end, Olivia was tired and very much disliked the camera but she still did pretty good!!

Oh she loves her daddy. You can't really tell but she was crying in this picture.

Cute tushy!!! Love those rolls

This is my FAVORITE picture!! What a sweet girl.

I really like this one too.

And this one!! Ok, I think I like them all.

I guess I can give a little update as well. We are almost done with school for the semester so WHOO-HOO!!! My classes really aren't that bad but Casey's kinda suck. But next week is finals and then we will have a wonderful break. I am going to school full time next semester so I am a little nervous but I am sure it will all work out. Olivia is growing and growing. I swear that she is bigger in the mornings than she was when I put her to bed!! She is sitting up now. Its not all the time and she is still wobbly but she is getting better. And she is still a happy little girl. I still have pictures to post from Thanksgiving but my lovely husband has taken my camera to work and keeps forgeting it there. So, if and when I get it back, I will post them!!

Fun with Twilight

I am a HUGE fan of Twilight and LOVED the movie! When I first heard who they had picked to play Edward I was a little skeptical but I thought Robert Pattinson did WONDERFUL as did the rest of the cast!!! Anyways, I found this video on YouTube and thought it was hilarious so I had to post it. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Four months and happy

14 lbs 8 oz (75th percentile)
24 1/2 inches long (50th percentile)
Olivia had her 4 month checkup on Friday and all was well. She is growing like crazy, I can't believe just 4 months ago she was only 6 lbs 10 oz!!! Look at those rolls on her thighs!! My cute cubby girl, I wouldn't want her any other way!!

We gave Olivia cereal for the first time Saturday. She was all smiles, like always. I think she got more on her bib than in her mouth but thats OK, better next time!

Halloween

We had a lot of fun for Olivia's first Halloween. As you can see she was a tiger, and a cute one at that. Dexter was a clown. He only wore his costume for about 30 seconds before he ripped it off for a new toy.

That night we went to the Highland game with a couple of friends. Olivia is getting her Highland spirit. With help from her daddy, she knows how to show some Ram Power!!!

We ended up not being home too much Halloween night so we have TONS of candy since we didn't get to hand it out. Oh well, I guess the Payne house will just be on a suger high for the next week or so!!!

2 Month Checkup

12 lbs 1 oz
23 1/4 inches long
Olivia had her 2 month checkup yesterday. She is really 2 1/2 months old but thats OK. She did really good with her shots, she cried for just a minute and later she ran a little fever. It is crazy that we have only had her for 2 1/2 months. She has brought so much happiness to our family. Olivia is getting so fun. She is smiling and giggling a lot now and loves her hands. It is so fun to watch her grow everyday!!

Zzzzzzzzz...

Yes, it has happened! My daughter has been sleeping through the night!!! Whoo-hoo!!! For the past three nights I have been putting her to bed at 10:30ish and she is sleeping until 7 or 7:30!! It is so nice. I am not really used to sleeping all night now so I wake up at 4:00, then 5:00, then 6:00 and to my surprise, Olivia is still sleeping!! I think a big reason is because she has been sucking her fingers and it soothes her while she sleeps. Now hopefully I did not just jinx myself and she will be up all night tonight!!

Trip to Bear Lake

Last weekend we were FINALLY able to go to Bear Lake and stay with Casey's parents. Casey's Grandma had not seen Olivia yet so we really wanted to get down there. She was so happy for us to visit. It was so cute watching her hold Olivia and just love on her!!
Olivia also made her self right at home at her Grandma and Grandpa Payne's. She pooed not one, not two, but THREE outfits!! And we were only there one night! This is her morning explosion...
...and her happy reaction to it! She had poo all up her back and down her legs. She even got it in our bed so we had to wash the sheets!! And Olivia got to take a bath in Grandma's sink.
Grandma Julie with the sleeping pooping queen.
Dexter had a lot of fun in Bear Lake too. He loves being able to run all around their house. He especially liked Grandpa Kelly's chair. We got Olivia ready for church on Sunday I thought she looked so cute!! To me these pictures make her look so big!! Before I know it my little baby is going to be rolling over and then crawling!! We had so much fun, hopefully it doesn't take another 3 months before we are able to go down again!!

Tidbits

We have been having so much fun with Olivia. She is so dang cute and is such a happy baby. Here are some more pictures that we've taken. I don't know why I put her in this laundry basket but it was pretty cute! Olivia and Dexter

Olivia's cousin Amelia. She got a little nervous holding Olivia but luckily we got a picture. It was our two year anniversary on the 8th. Casey had school and work until 7 that night but we were able to go out to dinner to Applebees. After dinner, we both had to come home and do homework. Yes, we are exciting!! This is the only picture we took from our anniversary. I guess we have different priorities now!!
Olivia has found her hands and it is pretty cute. She occasionally sucks her thumb.

My maternity leave ends today and I am so sad to go back to work!! Luckily, my mom is able to watch Olivia when I go. We really lucked out, my dad watches her while I am at school and my mom when I go to work. I am not working too many hours but it is still more than I want. Someday hopefully I will get to stay home with my babies!! Got to get Casey through school first!

Sweet Blessing

We had Olivia blessed on Sunday. She was blessed by her Daddy and it was just wonderful. I've been to many baby blessings before but it is a little different when it is your own child's. It really makes you realize what a precious blessing having a baby is. We were fortunate to have so much family able to come. A lot of Casey's family had to travel to good ol' Pocatello and we were very happy to see them all. We had a lot of fun with everyone and even though Olivia won't remember it, it was a great day.
Our family picture. And of course we had to include Dexter!

Olivia with her two cousins, Ezra and Amelia.
What a happy girl! She is laughing at her Grandpa Randy, he can always make her smile.

Some more pictures...

It has been awhile since I posted some pictures of Olivia so here she is! Olivia is such a snuggle bug. She sleeps the best when she is laying on someone or next to someone. Daddy fell asleep with her so of course I had to get a picture.
This is Casey's great-grandma Hootes, so this is Olivia's great-great grandma!! Crazy huh!! She is almost 98 years old. She is so sharp and remembers everything. She had been waiting for us to bring Olivia over so when we did she was so excited!!!

Olivia is starting to smile every once in awhile. It is so cute!! She loves her daddy, he can always get her to smile. I was able to get this picture in the middle of one of her cute toothless grins!!
She is losing all her hair, as you can tell in that last picture. It is falling out like an old man, just on the top. My dad has been calling her George Castansa!! She is still cute though! I am going back to school tomorrow and I really don't want to leave her. I am only taking 6 credits and my dad is going to come over and watch her while I am at school but it is still going to be hard.
