In June, we decided camping with the kids would be fun. But we know our kids are knew camping would be fun for about 20 minutes. So we decided to camp in our front yard. Yes, the front yard, we are that classy. The kids wanted to be able to see Grandma and Grandpa's house while we were camping.
We roasted hot dogs and marshmallows and when it got a little later, we set up a TV and watched Wreck it Ralph. The kids did have a lot of fun but nobody ended up sleeping outside (are you surprised?). Maybe we will be brave and really camp next year, or at least stay outside all night.
