One little monkey jumping in her bed...

Now that Olivia is able to stand up against things, this is usually how I find her in the mornings and she wakes up from her naps. She doesn't cry when she wakes up so I usually know she is up because I can hear her gabbering and jumping through the monitor. And she thinks she is pretty neat as she is jumping!!!


We had a BBQ the other day with a couple of friends. We always say we are going to have one so it was nice that we actually did. One of our friends, Kaylee, made an AMAZING dessert. It was a strawberry pound cake trifle and it was so good!! In case you don't know what that is, I found a picture online, doesn't it look delicious?? And hers actually looked BETTER than this! We decided that Kaylee was permanently in charge of dessert.

This is Olivia and Abby, our friends Casey and Mallory's little girl. These two are destined to be friends!! Abby is four months younger than Livie but puts Livie to shame in the size department. Abby might be a chunky monkey but she is a dang CUTE chunky monkey. You can say one word to that little girl and she is all smiles and giggles. So I had a ton of pictures of Abby looking ever so cute with big smiles and my daughter just staring at me. Not one smile. Oh well.


She might not smile for me but I can still get pictures of those pretty eyes!!!
